Another strong quarter for AMD despite GPU sales decrease

AMD’s upcoming graphics card generation called Navi will be launched in 2019. First test samples already run in the lab and perform better than expected.
The RX 590 seems to come for gamers after all. A leaked Asus ROG RX 590 Strix confirms this now. Asus probably drops the AREZ brand.
AMD’s Zen 2 architecture will soon be available in the first products. A leak shows that Zen 2 allegedly has 13 percent more IPC than Zen+.
AMD allegedly plans a new version of Polaris as Polaris 30 with 12nm structure width. A leaked RX 590 with benchmark confirms this.
While the Intel Core i9-9900K is really expensive at start, AMD is taking the chance and makes the Ryzen 7 2700X cheaper.
The Polaris series from AMD will have a refresh. The successors of the RX 570 and RX 580 will be made in 12nm and will start in October and November.
AMD announced yesterday that the company will present its first 7nm products at CES 2019. These could already be Ryzen 3000 and Navi.
Due to the shortage of 14nm products from Intel and the resulting high prices, Ryzen sales are rising rapidly, as the Mindfactory sales figures show.
